We Usually ship Monday – Friday, during regular business hours. Most orders will typically ship within 24 hours after receiving them (Weekends and Holidays excluded), however sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a day or two longer. We can ship to almost any address in the world. All items are shipped by USPS or UPS unless another option is selected. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Tracking and Insurance is included for all orders over $100! (North America Only). Orders Under $100 shipped with our Free Service will have no tracking and no insurance. This is an additional cost that can be added upon checkout. Compton Grinders is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages shipped with our free service. Compton Grinders will not give you a refund or credit for lost, stolen or missing packages unless tracking/insurance has been purchased or was included with your order. Shipping Upgrades can be purchased for faster transit times.
Outside North America:
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you didn’t upgrade your shipping (purchase a service with tracking or insurance) Compton Grinders will not give you a refund if your package does not arrive. So if you are concerned that you may not receive your package please get the insurance and tracking option.
International orders may require ID verification. A copy or scan of the purchasers Drivers License and/or Credit Card is required in order to complete the order and have it shipped. The Address on the ID should match the address the order is being shipped to. This is done to protect you as our customer and ourselves from potential fraudulent orders and charges. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. Items for sale in the clearance section, blowout section or specials section are final sales only, and cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Arrangements must be made with us prior to returning an item. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for returns. We offer store credit, or refunds where applicable on returns. Items that are returned MAY (depending on circumstances) be subject to a $6 shipping/restocking fee and will be subtracted from the store credit or refund amount.
